How does the destoner machine work?

Destoner machine is an indispensable impurity removal equipment for rice processing plants. It is mainly used to remove the sidewalk stones mixed in rice to reduce the sand content of rice and ensure the quality of rice. If the understanding of the working principle and operation of the stone removing machine is not thorough enough, it is undoubtedly not conducive to improving the process effect of the stone removing machine.
Destoner
Going to the destoner screen is the main working mechanism of thedestoner machine. After the material enters the destoner screen, due to the difference of the suspension speed of the shoulder stone and the rice, under the combined action of proper vibration and updraft, the rice with smaller suspension speed floats on the upper layer, and the shoulder rock sinks with a larger suspension speed. The bottom layer is close to the screen surface to form an automatic classification phenomenon, and at the same time, due to the action of the air flow, the gap between the materials is increased, and the positive pressure and friction between the layers are reduced. In a fluidized state, this further promotes the formation of automatic grading.

Rice
The upper layer material with lower suspension speed is driven by gravity, inertia force, air flow and continuous feeding. The lower layer material is the sliding surface, which is discharged relative to the destoner screen surface to the rice outlet. In the process of the upper layer material falling, the suspension is suspended. The high-speed parallel stones and other debris gradually separated from the material layer into the lower layer, and the lower stones and unsuspended rice slide along the sieve surface under the action of vibration, and the rice continuously enters the upper layer in a semi-suspended state. When the upper end of the stone screen is reached, the underlying material contains very little wheat. These rice are blown back into the wheat stream under the action of the back air flow, and the shoulder stone continues to climb up and exit from the stone outlet.
The above is the main working principle of the destoner machine.
